Exhibitors: wine/spirits maker, wine importer/agent /distributor/packer, wine accessories & equipment maker, advertising agency of wine industry, organizations of wine industry, media, etc.

Exhibit Categories: wines (e.g. red wine, white wine, rose wine, champagne, sparkling wine, icewine, dried wine, semidried wine, sweet wine, distilled wine, etc.), spirits (e.g. whisky, gin, vodka, rum, tequila, brandy, etc.), ratafia, liqueur, and beer, etc.

 

Expo Procedures:

1.      Opening Ceremony (addressed by the representative of the organizers)

 

2.      Tasting Salon (Exhibitors and visitors taste wine, search for the wine brands they want to order; exhibitors recommend and promote their wines, communicate with buyers, such as agents and distributors, so as to achieve goals such as making a deal, exchanging brewing technic and wine culture, etc.)

 

3.      Forum of Policy on China Wine Imports (professional forum of: China Imported Liquor Management Policy, related procedures, and problems, etc.)

 

4.      Ordering Ceremony (To choose 4 representative wine traders to give a brief speech (emphasis on promotion); to hold a ceremony of signing agreements between producers and agents, etc.)

 

5.      Comments and Awards (Persons who join in wine tasting are supposed to vote for their favorite brands. The organizers will invite notaries to fully engage in the assessment. The first votes will be awarded “China Haiwei Wine & Spirits Expo Gold Prize”, the second “China Haiwei Wine & Spirits Expo Silver Prize”, and the third “China Haiwei Wine & Spirits Expo Bronze Prize”. At the same time, the winners will enjoy all-year free services of products display and marketing promotion, provided by China Haiwei Liquor Trading Market. )

 

6.      Lottery (first prize of 3, second prize of 5, third prize of 10. Prizes, with high-grade utility are temporarily in secrecy. All exhibitors can participate in lottery. )

 

7.  Closing Ceremony

 

Participation Fee: Free of charge. The organizers will offer exhibitors exhibition hall, hotel and tickets booking, and guides, as well as recommend interpreters, all of which are free of charge. But exhibitors shall pay for the accommodation, meals, transportation and freight charges, etc.

arrangement of exhibition in advance, with the deadline on August 23, 2009.

7. Exhibit Categories: all sorts of imported wine and spirits, such as red wine, white

wine, rose wine, ratafee, liqueur, beer, and distilled spirit, etc., excluding domestic

wine. 

 

8. Aims: To provide a high-end, modern, brand-new and substantive wine and spirits

display platform; to create an opportunity for overseas wine traders and domestic agents to communicate face to face, so as to help overseas wine traders march into China market quickly and smoothly, as well as to assist domestic wine agents and distributors to find the wine that they are truly in need of.

 

9. Participation Fee: The following are free of charge: exhibition hall, recommendation of interpreters, hotel and air ticket booking, and guiding. But exhibitors shall pay for the accommodation, meals, transportation and freight charges, etc. And the commission of interpreters is negotiated by exhibitors and interpreters themselves. Concerning with early arrangement, exhibitors shall contact the organizers in advance with regard to the services that they need.

 

10. Exhibition Hall: The exhibition hall covers a net area of 1,200 square meters.  Negotiation room, conference room and lounge are also offered. The exhibition hall is divided into three areas, including 112 standard booths, with each booth area of 2.5m x 2.5m. Exhibitors can apply for more booths in accordance with the number of their wine brands. The arrangement of exhibition includes two forms, namely, special exhibition an ordinary one. The special one is applied to those exhibitors who want to highlight their brand image and culture. They shall bring their own display cabinets and wineaccessories so as to exhibit their wines in a unique style. The ordinary one means that the exhibition table (length: 166cm, width: 88cm, height: 76cm) is offered by the sponsors, but   exhibitors should bring tablecloth, tasting ingredients, glasses, trays, pen and paper and the like.   

 

11. Services: Assistance in arrangement of exhibition; supply of ice, napkin, cleaning    cloth, and chairs, etc. Negotiation room, lounge, and conference room are offered to exhibitors at any time. Besides, there are staffs guiding both in Chinese and English.

 

12. Services after the Expo: Exhibitors, desired to exploit market in the neighboring cities of Tianjin or other cities in China, can apply to retain long-term booths. In this way, the organizers can provide services of free display all the year round. They can entrustthe organizers with the wine cabinet and samples, and services of promotion and market expansion, free of charge, are offered by the organizers. Besides, exhibitors can also apply to become members of the sponsors, so as to enjoy preferential policies offered by the government.
